Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Michael helps a boy run his abusive stepfather out of town by convincing the man that he’s the target of an assassination plot. Elsewhere, Strickler promises to help Michael get back into the intelligence community in exchange for working together.
Our Take
A smaller-scale episode that leans on Michael’s con-man skills rather than explosions, and the stepfather sting has some genuinely tense moments even if the premise feels a bit thin. The Strickler subplot finally gives the season some forward momentum. Solid but forgettable, worth a watch if you’re already along for the ride.
