Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Hired by Fiona’s boyfriend’s friend Henry, Michael poses as a disgruntled bodyguard to thwart a kidnapping plot masterminded by a ruthless man named Lesher.
Our Take
A tight, satisfying caper hour that leans on Michael’s talent for playing a convincing fake, and Jeffrey Donovan clearly has fun working undercover as a bitter bodyguard. The client story stays lean while the Burn Notice mythology gets some nice nudges forward. It’s the kind of solid, confident episode this show was churning out at its peak, and it holds up well.
