Summary
Catelyn’s actions on the road have repercussions for Eddard. Tyrion enjoys the dubious hospitality of the Eyrie.
Our Take
This is the episode where the season stops setting up and starts tightening the screws, as Catelyn’s arrest of Tyrion sends ripples through every storyline at once. The Eyrie scenes are a highlight, with Lysa Arryn making skin crawl in a way few characters manage. A busy, confident hour that rewards the patience of earlier episodes.
