Episode Summary & Review
Summary
When Destiny abruptly drops out of FTL, Dr. Rush is at a loss to explain the sudden appearance of a lone planet orbiting an uncharted star.
Our Take
A slow, contemplative hour that trades action for big sci-fi mystery, and your patience with the show’s dour tone will decide how much you enjoy it. The planet itself is a genuinely intriguing puzzle, but the crew debates drag on and the religious angle feels undercooked. Worth a watch for fans, though it won’t convert anyone who’s already checked out.
