Summary
It’s election day in the Candy Kingdom but Princess Bubblegum’s attention is diverted by a mysterious presence in the sky.
Our Take
A weird, uneven half hour that splits its time between Bubblegum’s political downfall and cosmic doom creeping in overhead. The election stuff with the King of Ooo lands some solid jokes, but the mood swings between silly and ominous can feel jarring. Worth a watch if you’ve been following season six, since big changes are clearly on the way.
