Episode Summary & Review
Summary
After accidentally killing Princess Bubblegum’s beloved plant, Finn and Jake travel to the land of the dead to bring it back to life.
Our Take
A fun little underworld romp that leans on Adventure Time’s growing comfort with weird mythology. The Land of the Dead looks appropriately gloomy, and Jake’s memory-game showdown with Death is a genuine highlight. Some jokes land softer than others and the pacing wanders in the middle, but it’s a pleasant, low-stakes detour that fans will enjoy without it changing much.
