Summary
Kuvira travels to the city of Zaofu to negotiate with Suyin Beifong. Zaofu is the last city in the Earth Kingdom not under Kuvira’s rule.
Our Take
This one is mostly buildup, with Kuvira finally getting some real screen time and a backstory that makes her more than a standard villain. The political standoffs are decent, but the Bolin subplot feels like stalling until the last few minutes. Worth watching for the Varrick scenes alone, just don’t expect much action until the cliffhanger hits.
