Our Take
The second half of Wan’s story sticks the landing, with the Raava and Vaatu mythology giving the season’s messy conflict an actual shape for once. The animation shift to that painted style keeps earning its keep, and Wan’s final moments land with real weight. It’s the first hour of season 2 that feels like it knows what it’s about, and it’s worth watching even if you’ve bailed on the rest.
