Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Pam is upset when she finds her mural has been defaced; Darryl finds out Jim is a slob when they sublet an apartment together in Philly.
Our Take
A middling hour that splits its energy between Pam’s defaced mural and Darryl learning Jim is a disaster of a roommate. The Philly subplot gets the better laughs, mostly from Darryl’s quiet suffering, while the vandalism plot feels thin and wraps up too neatly. Watchable, but it coasts on cast chemistry rather than anything actually funny on the page.
