Summary
Andy returns to the office to discover Nellie has taken over his job and refuses to give it up; Ryan is jealous when Kelly starts dating Jim and Pam’s pediatrician.
Our Take
A middling episode saved by its cast. The Nellie power grab has its moments, though watching Andy get steamrolled gets uncomfortable rather than funny, and the Kelly/Ryan subplot feels like leftovers from better seasons. Ed Helms sells the humiliation well, but the script gives him little else to do. Worth a watch if you’re invested in the season arc, but skip it guilt-free if you’re not.
