Summary
Erin worries that Andy will fire her when her Halloween party doesn’t live up to Robert California’s expectations.
Our Take
A middling Halloween episode that leans hard on Robert California for its weirdness, with mixed results. Erin’s anxiety plot has some genuine sweetness to it, but the haunted house bits feel padded and the jokes land about half the time. James Spader remains fun to watch even when the material around him is this thin. Fine, forgettable stuff.
