Summary
Michael and Jim have to decide who is getting a raise and who is not.
Our Take
A solid mid-tier episode that mines good awkward comedy out of Michael and Jim sharing power, with Dwight’s spy subplot delivering some of the biggest laughs. The Dunder Mifflin salary freeze feels oddly timely, though the episode never quite builds to anything memorable. Worth a watch for fans, but it’s more pleasant than essential.
