Summary
Michael tries to expand his role at Phyllis’ wedding; Pam realizes that Phyllis stole all of her ideas from her canceled wedding to Roy.
Our Take
A painfully funny one, with Michael’s need to insert himself into the ceremony hitting that perfect cringe sweet spot the show does so well. The Pam subplot is quieter but genuinely sad, and the two storylines balance each other nicely. One of the stronger mid-season episodes, and the closing beat lands exactly right.
