Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Dwight initiates Ryan into his new job as a salesmen at Dunder Mifflin; Pam is tasked with keeping track of everything Michael does during the day by Jan.
Our Take
Dwight taking Ryan on a sales call is the whole show here, and it’s a great setup because their personalities clash so badly it hurts. The Schrute Farms material is genuinely funny and gives Rainn Wilson a lot to work with. The Pam and Michael B-plot is thinner and mostly filler, but the strong A-story carries the episode.
