Summary
Rick assembles a crew to break into a heist convention, then needs another crew to stop a heist planning robot. And Morty writes a heist script.
Our Take
A loose parody episode that leans hard on heist movie cliches, mostly to good effect. The robot Heistotron escalation gets some big laughs, and the running gag about Morty’s script pays off better than expected. It’s shaggy and a bit one-note though, and the joke runs out of steam before the ending does. Fun, disposable, worth a watch if you’re caught up.
