Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Belmont and Sypha join forces with their old friend Alucard, and not a moment too soon. As the battle rages, Varney reveals his true form.
Our Take
This is the payoff episode the season has been building toward, and it mostly lands. The animation during the big confrontation is genuinely stunning, and Varney’s reveal is a satisfying twist that reframes earlier scenes without feeling cheap. Some of the mid-episode dialogue drags a bit, but the final stretch earns every bit of that rating. Absolutely worth your time.
