Summary
As Godbrand’s thirst grows stronger, Carmilla tries to recruit Hector. Isaac shows his loyalty, and Belmont shares a family story with Sypha.
Our Take
A quieter hour that mostly earns its breathing room. The vampire politics get sharper as Carmilla starts playing her own game, and the Dracula council scenes crackle with quiet contempt. Belmont’s campfire confession is the emotional core, though it runs a bit long. Still, the character work here sets up the back half nicely, and it’s an easy hour to sit through.
