Our Take
A quieter, more character-driven hour than this show usually attempts, and it mostly benefits from the slower pace. The autobots get some actual room to breathe and disagree, which the season has needed for a while. The animation budget shows its limits in a couple of action beats, but if you’ve stuck with the crew this far, it’s a solid sit.
