Our Take
A decent enough kickoff that mostly exists to set up the status quo, with Bumblebee settling into his leadership role while the show settles into its kid-friendly tone. The action is fine and the new Decepticon-of-the-week format is promising, but nothing here grabs you. Fine for young fans, skippable if you’re coming from Prime and expecting that level of stakes.
