Episode Summary & Review
Summary
After one of their own is shot, the team suffers a series of close calls and realizes their division may be a target for a group of masked assailants.
Our Take
A tense, paranoid hour that trades the usual case-of-the-week rhythm for something tighter and meaner. The hit on the division gives almost everyone a moment to shine, and the mounting dread works better than most of this season’s villain arcs. It’s a strong setup episode, though the cliffhanger ending will frustrate anyone expecting answers. Worth it for the momentum alone.
