Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Officer Nolan is taken hostage by a man with nothing to lose while the station goes on lockdown and races to identify the suspect before time runs out. Meanwhile, Officer Jackson and his training officer, Officer Doug Stanton, reach a tipping point in their relationship that could end Jackson’s career.
Our Take
A tense, well-paced hour that mostly stays inside the station and benefits from the tighter setting. Nolan’s hostage standoff has real momentum, but the Jackson and Stanton storyline is the standout, uncomfortable in a way the show rarely attempts. Worth watching even if the resolution comes a bit fast.
