Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Officer John Nolan and Officer Nyla Harper are assigned to a community policing center to help rebuild their station’s reputation in the community. Nolan is determined to make a positive impact but Nyla has her doubts.
Our Take
This is a quieter, more grounded hour that puts Nolan’s relentless optimism up against Harper’s skepticism, and the friction between them mostly carries it. The community policing angle gives the show something meaningful to chew on, though a few of the side plots feel like filler. Worth watching for the character work, even if it never quite builds to much.
