Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Nearing the end of his training, Nolan now faces his biggest challenge as a police officer yet when he must come to terms with the choices he has made in pursuit of the truth.
Our Take
A strong season opener that deals with the fallout from last year’s finale without rushing to clean things up. Nathan Fillion does good work carrying the weight of Nolan’s choices, and the tension between him and the department feels earned. A bit heavy on the speechifying in the back half, but it sets up the new season well.
