Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Spear struggles to nurse Fang back to health and escape the scavengers of the primordial world.
Our Take
A slow-burn hour that turns a simple premise into pure tension, with Spear defending a wounded Fang while carrion birds circle and patience runs out. The animation sells every wound and exhaustion beat, and the quiet moments between the two carry more emotion than most shows manage with full scripts. The ending lands hard. Worth your time, though the pacing may test you.
