Summary
Three months after the battle of Geonosis, the Clone Wars rage across the galaxy. Obi-Wan Kenobi is given the task of leading the assault on Muunilinst while Anakin Skywalker gets command over the space forces. Anakin bids farewell to his secret wife, senator Amidala.
Our Take
Three minutes of Genndy Tartakovsky doing what he does best, and somehow it packs in more atmosphere than most full episodes of Star Wars TV. The silence is the star here, with almost no dialogue and bold, angular visuals that make the clones feel like they’re part of a war painting. It’s over before it really starts, but it sets a mood that’s hard to shake.
