Episode Summary & Review
Summary
The team gains a surprising new addition in the wake of a devastating loss. Meanwhile, as Ivy and Harley set out to bring the murderer to justice, Bane must protect Goldie and the other school kids from citywide destruction.
Our Take
The Bane-and-the-schoolkids storyline carries this one, and honestly it shouldn’t work as well as it does, but his gruff bodyguard routine keeps earning real laughs. The main revenge plot moves fine, though the grief angle wobbles between sincere and jokey without committing to either. A decent middle episode with enough good bits to justify the runtime.
