Summary
Bruce Wayne awakens from his coma to find Gotham in shambles. Meanwhile, Two-Face attempts to forge a criminal alliance with Bane, to be the only two Big Bads left in Gotham.
Our Take
A decent midseason episode that splits its attention between Bruce struggling back into the cowl and Two-Face’s awkward recruitment pitch to Bane. The Batman material lands the better jokes, especially the digs at his brooding self-seriousness, while the villain alliance stuff feels thinner. Some big laughs scattered throughout, but the plotting is mostly connective tissue. Fine, not essential.
