Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Harley must rescue Ivy from the clutches of Scarecrow, who’s trying to harvest her pheromones to make a super toxin that turns plants into sentient monsters.
Our Take
A trippy detour through Harley’s subconscious gives this one its kicks, including a gorgeous shift into hand-drawn animation that’s the visual highlight of the season. The Ivy rescue plot mostly takes a backseat, which is fine because the character comedy carries it. Not every gag lands, but the pace never drags and the ending lands an actual emotional punch. Worth your time.
