Summary
Tigatron and Airazor are beamed into space after discovering a new alien device. The Maximals and Predacons battle for control of the weapon.
Our Take
A busy midseason pivot that finally pushes the alien storyline forward after a lot of teasing. The battle over the device is well staged and the ending lands a genuine gut punch, though some of the mystic visions feel padded. It sets up big things without delivering much on its own, which makes it a setup hour, but a solid one.
