Summary
A mishap sends Clancy to a medieval planet, where he rides along with a knight on a mission to avenge her lover’s murder.
Our Take
The death-and-grief conversation here is genuinely moving, and Trudy Goodman’s warmth carries real weight if you’re in the right headspace for it. The medieval quest framing mostly just fills space though, and the episode drags whenever it leans on fantasy weirdness instead of letting the talk breathe. Worth it for the last ten minutes alone, but uneven overall.
