Our Take
A pretty standard Benson-gets-tormented episode, with the gym teacher angle providing some solid gags but not much else. The escalating training montages earn a few laughs, though the middle stretch repeats the same joke more times than it needs. Fine for a casual watch, but it’s middle-of-the-road Regular Show, not one you’ll remember.
