Our Take
A surprisingly sweet season finale that mostly gets out of its own way, letting Mordecai and CJ’s date breathe before piling on the show’s usual absurd escalation. The villain stuff feels a bit recycled, but the character moments land and the ending is earned. Worth a watch if you’ve been rooting for these two.
