Summary
While Perry saddles Jimmy with a new “team” to run Flamebird, Clark and Lois investigate Stryker Penitentiary — and discover just how far Amanda Waller will go to rid the world of Superman!
Our Take
A breezy opening stretch that mostly earns its high rating on charm alone. Clark and Lois make a genuinely fun detective duo, and the Stryker’s Island break-in gives the episode real momentum, even if Waller’s anti-Superman push feels rushed for a second episode. Jimmy’s subplot is thinner, but the jokes land more often than not. Easy to recommend.
