Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Drolta’s dark past unfolds as Alucard, Annette and Richter set out in search of Sekhmet’s missing soul. Maria encounters her mother in her new form.
Our Take
This one splits its focus a bit thin, bouncing between Drolta’s backstory and the Sekhmet hunt without giving either room to land. The flashback stuff looks great but feels more like lore homework than drama, while Maria’s reunion with her mother carries the only real emotional weight. Fine as connective tissue, just don’t expect the season to kick into gear here.
