Summary
Pearl invites Bismuth to the roller rink for a lesson on how to forge human relationships.
Our Take
A low-key, charming half hour that trades plot for character work, and mostly earns it. Bismuth fumbling her way through small talk with humans is genuinely funny, and Pearl’s awkward coaching gives the episode a sweet center. It’s slight stuff, but the kind of slight that makes you like everyone involved more. Worth a watch if you’re already attached to these characters.
