Summary
A magical disturbance causes an interruption to Steven’s favorite show.
Our Take
This is one of the show’s heavier episodes, swapping monster-fighting fun for a genuine falling out between Garnet and Pearl, and it hurts in the best way. Estelle and Deedee Magno sell every second of the betrayal and anger. The Sardonyx sequences are a blast, but the real draw is watching a friendship actually crack. Well worth your time.
