Episode Summary & Review
Summary
The Gems cause a power outage in Beach City, and Steven helps Mayor Dewey do damage control.
Our Take
This is mostly a holding pattern before the season finale, with Steven chauffeuring Mayor Dewey around while Beach City sweats out a blackout. Dewey’s cheerful political schtick gets a few laughs, but the episode circles the same joke for twenty minutes and the stakes feel manufactured. Worth a quick watch if you like the townies, but you won’t miss much skipping it.
