Summary
Steven needs a musical partner for an upcoming show, so he uses a time travel device to recruit himself as the perfect bandmate.
Our Take
A goofy, high-concept half hour that leans hard on cartoon logic and mostly gets away with it. Watching a pile of Stevens argue, harmonize, and eventually turn on each other is genuinely funny, though the ending wraps up the paradox a bit too neatly. Light stuff, but the comedy clicks and it never wears out its welcome. Worth a watch if you’re already on board.
