Episode Summary & Review
Summary
Steven joins an underground wrestling league with Amethyst, who’s tired of Garnet and Pearl bringing her down.
Our Take
A rare Amethyst-focused episode that finally gives her some depth, and the wrestling gimmick stuff is genuinely funny. The emotional payoff lands okay, though the resolution feels a bit quick and tidy for the buildup. Worth a watch for the character work, but it’s middle-tier season one material.
