Summary
Steven tries to master his shapeshifting abilities with Amethyst, but turns his fingers into cats, making it harder to do things.
Our Take
A goofy Amethyst and Steven hangout episode that gets a lot of mileage out of the cat finger gag, until it suddenly doesn’t. The body horror turn in the back half is genuinely unsettling in a way the show probably didn’t intend for younger viewers. Funny, weird, and a little queasy, but not essential. Fine as a snack between bigger episodes.
