Our Take
This one’s mostly a setup hour, building out the Predacon storyline with some decent atmosphere at the fossil dig site but not a lot of forward momentum. The creature stuff lands better than the Decepticon boardroom scenes, which drag a bit. Fine for continuity purposes, but it’s more connective tissue than a standout episode, so temper expectations going in.
