Episode Summary & Review
Summary
After a high profile political assassination goes sideways, an injured hitman hides out amongst a tribe of snow monkeys in the mountains of Japan.
Our Take
A genuinely odd premise that mostly works because the show plays it straight instead of winking at the audience. The action is bloody and well staged, and Bryce’s ghost commentary lands more often than it should. The monkey animation takes some getting used to, but the cold open hook makes it an easy recommendation for anyone curious.
