Summary
Coulson and his people break into prison to free Eli before Lucy finds him. Meanwhile, Jeffrey goes before the nation to debate Senator Nadeer about the Inhuman issue.
Our Take
A busy, plot-forward hour that mostly works as a fun prison break caper, even if the action beats feel a bit routine for this show. The senator debate subplot gives the season’s politics some real teeth, and Ghost Rider gets a couple of strong moments. It moves fast without ever quite landing an emotional punch. Solid, watchable stuff that sets up bigger things.
