Summary
Gonzales and Coulson must find a way to put their differences aside and work together against Hydra, even if it means teaming up with someone they don’t trust.
Our Take
This is a solid setup episode that mostly exists to get pieces in place, and it feels like it. The action beats hit reasonably well and the uneasy alliances generate some decent tension, but the pacing drags whenever characters stop to restate their distrust of each other. Worth watching for the momentum it builds toward the finale, just don’t expect it to stand on its own.
