Summary
Shaw and Suzuki test a “Titan phone” designed to summon Godzilla, triggering an unforeseen event that puts Shaw in the path of his own past.
Our Take
A tense hour that finally gives Shaw something meaty to chew on, and Kurt Russell’s son Wyatt carries the flashbacks with real weight. The Titan phone sequence is genuinely unnerving, even if the pacing drags in the middle when the show insists on its corporate intrigue subplots. Still, the final ten minutes land hard enough to make it worth sitting through the slower stretch.
