Our Take
The finale leans hard on Allison’s interiority, and Annie Murphy does her best with the quiet, reflective material, but the show’s signature multi-cam gimmick barely appears, and the hour feels more like an epilogue than a payoff. Some loose ends get tied too neatly. Worth it if you’ve come this far, but don’t expect fireworks.
