Episode Summary & Review
Summary
When an accident on the planet Golana sends Molly O’Brien through a mysterious vortex three hundred years into the past, she returns to the present eighteen years old with no immediate recollection of her previous life or her family.
Our Take
A rough hour that puts the O’Briens through the wringer, and the emotional core mostly lands thanks to Rosalind Chao doing a lot with limited material. The feral Molly material is tougher going than the show seems to realize, and the ending wraps things up too neatly. Worth it for the family drama fans, but it’s mid-tier DS9 at best.
