Summary
Spontaneously deciding to wed within the week on DS9, Worf and Jadzia go through their own Klingon rituals: Worf on a four day bachelor party with the male members of the crew, while Jadzia deals with her prospective mother in law, who deeply opposes the idea of “an alien” marrying into her Klingon household.
Our Take
A fun breather after the heavy war stuff, and mostly it works. The Klingon bachelor party stuff with Worf and Martok is a blast, while Jadzia’s standoff with her future mother-in-law gives the episode some actual friction. It’s lightweight and a bit predictable, but the cast clearly enjoys themselves. Worth your time if you want a break from the Dominion grind.
