Summary
When Starfleet tightens security measures on Earth and institutes martial law to combat the Changeling threat, Sisko and Odo begin to investigate a suspicious trail of events that imply all may not be what it seems.
Our Take
A paranoid, talky hour that mostly works because the paranoia feels earned. Watching Sisko turn on his own people gives Avery Brooks some of his best material this season, and the Earth setting makes the fear hit closer to home than usual. It drags a bit in the middle when the investigation stalls, but the payoff lands. Worth your time.
