Episode Summary & Review
Summary
DS9 residents suddenly find their imaginations are manifested in physical form, and a spatial rift threatens to destroy the Bajoran system.
Our Take
A goofy premise that mostly plays like a budget-saving bottle episode, with the station conjuring up everyone’s daydreams until things turn dangerous. It’s harmless fun watching Odo annoy Quark and Sisko deal with a fictional Jake, but the resolution is a shrug and the rift threat never feels real. Fine for a lazy watch, just don’t expect it to stick with you.
